• organize a legality meeting - we will arrange for you or your representative to meet our Barrister in Bucharest
• verify all property and land papers to guarantee there is a legal transfer of the title of deeds as well as make sure there are no hidden costs or outstanding debts on the property
• set up Romanian companies and open bank accounts if requested
• prepare all legal documents, including drawing up the sale contract through our Barrister in Romania and assure all your interests are protected
• oversee the authentication of the sale contract in the presence of the Public Notary, on the day of the legal transfer of the title of deeds
• follow the documents journey and make sure the transaction runs smoothly
• provide you with certified English translations of all legal documents

Post-Investment Service

• register the property or land with the required local authorities and pay all due taxes on your behalf
• manage your portfolio and transfer your rental income to your bank account
